How do I get a refund?
Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
Can I transfer my ticket(s) to someone else?
Yes, all tickets are transferable. Please email [email protected] with your ticket purchase confirmation and the new attendee's name, email and phone number. We’re not responsible for the arranged payment that you agree with the new attendee.
What is Scholarship Support, and how does it work
If you purchase one of the Scholarship Support options, you will be helping someone from our scholarship program to attend. More information is coming soon.
What’s the schedule for the conference?
Registrations are from 9 am until 10 am. The main event is from 10 am until 6 pm. More information is coming soon.
Are all talks in Spanish/English?
The talks are in either English or Spanish, but don’t worry! We will provide live interpretation in both languages.
Will the talks be recorded and shared?
All talks given during JSConf MX 2023 will be recorded and shared on the JSConf YouTube channel.
Do you provide lunch?
No, but we provide you with snacks, coffee and water.
